Ethical Framework & Human Safety

All services operate within a clear ethical framework that prioritises:

  • Respect for human dignity and autonomy

  • Psychological, emotional, and physical safety

  • Informed and ongoing consent

  • Non-coercive, non-manipulative engagement

  • Clear boundaries of scope and responsibility

No beliefs, interpretations, outcomes, or abilities are imposed. Participation may be paused or discontinued at any time without explanation.

Children, Families & Safeguarding (ICU Academy)

All services involving children require explicit informed consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Safeguards include:

  • No pressure to perform or demonstrate outcomes

  • Play-based, curiosity-led participation

  • Parents or guardians may attend, pause, or withdraw participation at any time

  • Children are never labelled, assessed, compared, or categorised

The wellbeing and emotional safety of the child always take precedence over results, demonstrations, or outcomes.

Scope of Services

All services provided are educational, experiential, and exploratory in nature.

They are not:

  • Medical treatment

  • Psychological therapy

  • Psychiatric care

  • Diagnostic services

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or claim to cure any medical or psychological condition.

This scope applies equally to educational programmes, experiential training, and hypnotherapy services, including QHHT sessions.

Participants are encouraged to seek qualified medical or mental health professionals for diagnosis or treatment where appropriate.

Platform, Advertising & Content Standards

(Including Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok)

Across all platforms and communications, we state clearly that:

  • No medical or psychological claims are made

  • No outcomes or abilities are guaranteed

  • Content is educational, experiential, or research-oriented

  • Demonstrations are voluntary and unscripted

  • No fear-based, manipulative, or exploitative content is used

We do not promote:

  • Medical misinformation

  • Harmful practices

  • Guaranteed results or claims

  • Exploitation or targeting of minors

Media, Recording & Demonstrations

Recording policies apply across all settings and platforms.

  • No audio, video, or photography without informed consent

  • Parental consent is mandatory for all child-related media

  • Consent may be withdrawn at any time

  • Demonstrations are not staged, scripted, or edited to imply outcomes

Media may be used for educational, research, or promotional purposes only with permission.

Privacy, Data Protection & Online Safety

We collect only the information necessary to deliver services or respond to enquiries.

QHHT Hypnotherapy Hamilton

QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) sessions are offered as a separate, adult-only service under this ethical and legal framework.

QHHT sessions:

  • Are client-led and voluntary

  • Are conducted with informed consent

  • Are exploratory in nature

  • Do not involve diagnosis or treatment

QHHT is not:

  • Medical treatment

  • Mental health care

  • Psychological therapy

  • A substitute for professional healthcare

Experiences, insights, and interpretations are subjective and vary between individuals.
