Deep-Consciousness Hypnosis & QHHT Hypnotherapy

Access deeper levels of awareness, insight, memory, and healing through safe, guided hypnotherapy grounded in experience and clarity.

Understanding the Hypnotic State

What Is Hypnosis, Really?

Hypnosis is not a strange or unfamiliar experience — it is a natural state of focused relaxation that every human enters multiple times a day.

Any time you:
• drift off to sleep
• wake in the morning
• meditate
• daydream
• become absorbed in reading
• get lost in music
• enter “flow state”
• drive automatically on familiar roads

…you are entering a hypnotic state.

QHHT simply uses this natural doorway in a guided and intentional way.

The Four Primary Brainwave States

Beta — Waking, Analytical Mind (12–30 Hz)

This is the everyday thinking state.
It includes:

  • planning

  • analysing

  • evaluating

  • worrying

  • measuring

  • internal dialogue

Beta is useful for daily life, but it blocks access to deeper insight because the thinking mind dominates.

Alpha — Relaxed, Focused Awareness (8–12 Hz)

This is the bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind.

Alpha includes:

  • light meditation

  • relaxation

  • daydreaming

  • creative flow

  • gentle focus

  • the “in-between” space where inspiration appears

Alpha is the doorway into the deeper state where real hypnotherapy work happens.

Theta — Deep Relaxation & Subconscious Access (4–8 Hz)

This is the state used in QHHT and deep-consciousness hypnotherapy.

Theta is also the state children naturally enter when

  • playing

  • imagining

  • absorbing new information

  • drifting off to sleep

In Theta, the mind becomes:

  • open

  • receptive

  • symbolic

  • deeply intuitive

  • emotionally accessible

This is where people experience:

  • subconscious communication

  • past-life narratives

  • inner imagery

  • trauma release

  • expanded intuition

  • spontaneous insight

  • contact with deeper self-awareness

  •

In hypnosis, the term “somnambulistic state” simply refers to the deeper range of Theta.
You do not lose control, fall asleep, or forget yourself — instead, you enter a state of profound inner clarity and openness.

This sentence gives the essence without the baggage.

Delta — Deep Sleep & Physical Repair (0.5–4 Hz)

This is the state of dreamless sleep.
The body is repairing, restoring, and resetting.
Hypnotherapy does not use Delta — clients remain aware, relaxed, and conscious.

“Why Theta Is the Key to Transformation?”

Theta is the state where the body is deeply relaxed but the mind is deeply aware.

This combination allows:
• emotional release
• symbolic memory access
• intuitive communication
• resolution of stored trauma
• clarity around life purpose
• spontaneous healing insight
• access to deeper consciousness

This is why QHHT and deep hypnosis methods are powerful — they work with your natural biology, not against it.

Children naturally live in Theta for much of the day — this is why they learn Mindsight quickly.

• Delta — Deep sleep
Physical repair, unconscious rest.
Not used in hypnosis.

What Theta Feels Like

A Simple Analogy: Closing the Tabs

Imagine your mind as a computer.

When you’re in your normal waking state (Beta), you have:

  • dozens of tabs open

  • three browser windows running

  • programs updating

  • notifications popping up

  • background processes using energy

Your system is busy — even if you're doing nothing.

Hypnosis simply brings you into Theta, which is like:

  • closing all the unnecessary tabs

  • shutting off the background noise

  • stopping the auto-updates

  • dimming the notifications

Now the system becomes:

  • quiet

  • efficient

  • focused

  • fast

  • clear

With all the noise removed, the mind can finally place all of its processing power on one single task —
whether that task is healing, remembering, releasing, exploring, or understanding.

Theta is not sleep.
It is deep clarity without distraction.

This is why people discover things in hypnosis they couldn’t access in normal consciousness:
their entire mental system is streamlined and optimized — nothing is in the way.

Theta and Children

Children naturally spend much of their day in Theta — especially between ages 6 and 12.
This is the exact reason why they learn Mindsight rapidly and effortlessly, often within hours or days.

Their brains are already in the optimal state for:

  • intuitive perception

  • rapid learning

  • creativity

  • non-linear thinking

  • non-ocular perception

  • deep imagination

  • emotional openness

Adults must relearn how to enter Theta consciously.
Children are already there.

This single difference explains the speed gap between child and adult Mindsight development better than anything else.

Children & Suggestibility

Why Theta Makes Children Highly Impressionable

Children naturally spend a large part of their day in Theta, which is the same state adults enter during hypnosis.
In Theta, the subconscious mind is:

  • wide open

  • receptive

  • emotionally absorbent

  • non-critical

  • unfiltered

  • deeply influenced by what it sees and hears

This is why children learn Mindsight so quickly —
but it is also why external content affects them far more deeply than adults realize.

The Role of Media and Screens

Because Theta is the “suggestible learning state,”
any external content — especially fast-paced or emotionally charged media — can enter directly into the subconscious without the usual analytical filter.

This means:

  • TV

  • movies

  • YouTube

  • cartoons

  • games

  • advertisements

  • background media

…all imprint more strongly on children because their subconscious is wide open.

Why This Matters

Most content is not designed with a child’s subconscious development in mind.
It may include:

  • conflict or fear

  • overstimulation

  • rapid emotional swings

  • behaviour modelling

  • subtle messaging

  • addictive reward loops

In adults, these things are filtered.
In children, they go straight in.

This is why many families choose to limit screen exposure — not out of restriction, but out of conscious care for the developing mind.

The Positive Side

Theta also means children:

  • learn new skills rapidly

  • absorb emotional cues

  • develop intuition easily

  • respond to gentle guidance

  • flourish with positive reinforcement

  • thrive in calm, creative environments

Their minds are incredibly open — which is why the ICU Academy method works so effectively.

Hypnosis does not “put you under.”
It simply shifts you out of Beta and into Alpha/Theta, where deeper truth, memory, and insight can emerge naturally.

What Is Deep-Consciousness Hypnotherapy?

Deep-consciousness hypnotherapy guides you into calm, expanded states of awareness where deeper layers of memory, emotion, intuition, and inner knowledge become accessible.

This approach is based on the pioneering work of:
• Dolores Cannon (QHHT)
• Michael Newton (Life Between Lives)
• Dr. Brian Weiss (Regression therapy)

These methods help clients explore:

• symbolic inner landscapes
• past or parallel life narratives
• childhood memories
• emotional release points
• higher-consciousness guidance
• patterns and lessons

Sessions are not forced, scripted, or imagined — they arise naturally as the conscious mind relaxes and deeper layers of intelligence come forward.

What Is QHHT?

QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a form of deep regression developed by Dolores Cannon over 45 years of practice.

It guides clients into a deep theta state where the subconscious mind — or the “higher self” — can share insight, clarity, and healing.

Clients often explore:

• important emotional memories
• symbolic or narrative life experiences
• deeper understanding of personal challenges
• patterns carried across time
• clarity about relationships, life purpose, and direction

QHHT is a supportive, non-invasive method that allows you to access information stored beyond everyday awareness.

We practice QHHT Hypnotherapy exactly as Dolores taught us to.

What Happens in a Session?

Sessions are calm, safe, and deeply relaxing.

A typical session includes:

• a warm conversation about your life, challenges, and intentions
• a guided relaxation to quiet the analytical mind
• exploration of memories, symbolic stories, or meaningful scenes
• communication with your deeper consciousness
• insight into emotional patterns or unresolved experiences
• gentle reflection afterward to integrate what surfaced

You remain safe, aware, and in control throughout the entire process.

Nothing is forced — everything that arises comes from your own inner intelligence.

What Clients Often Experience

Every session is unique, because every person’s subconscious and inner intelligence expresses itself differently.

However, clients frequently report experiences such as:

• Emotional or cathartic release
Processing long-held tension, emotional blocks, or suppressed feelings.

• Connection with past loved ones
Seeing or sensing deceased family members, friends, or guides in symbolic or direct encounters.

• Childhood memory access
Including both clear memories and forgotten experiences that rise naturally to the surface.

• Healing of covered or repressed trauma
Some clients access events they had no conscious memory of — experiences that explain current emotional patterns or psychosomatic symptoms.
Understanding these moments often brings relief, closure, and emotional integration.

• Past-life or cross-incarnation narratives
Symbolic or vivid scenes where clients experience themselves as other people, beings, or consciousness forms.

• Access to deeper knowledge
Clients sometimes describe tapping into something like the “Akashic Records,” receiving insight, perspective, or understanding that feels beyond normal awareness.

• Locating lost items or missing information
Some sessions reveal details or memories that help clients find items or clarify forgotten situations.

• Unlocking abilities and gifts
Clients often leave with heightened intuition, stronger sensitivity, or new awareness of talents they did not realise they had.

• A sense of peace, clarity, and reconnection
Many clients say they feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned with who they truly are.

These experiences are not forced or suggested — they arise organically from the deeper layers of your own consciousness.

Alexander’s Approach

Alexander is a certified QHHT practitioner and consciousness researcher with years of experience guiding clients through deep inner states.

His approach is:

• grounded and practical
• emotionally supportive
• non-judgmental
• gentle and steady
• focused on clarity and integration

He brings together elements from QHHT, Newton’s regression methods, and his own experience with altered states to ensure each client feels safe, respected, and deeply supported.

Your sovereignty, safety, and emotional wellbeing are prioritised in every session.

Is Hypnotherapy Safe?

Yes — deep-consciousness hypnotherapy is safe, natural, and gentle.

You are never unconscious, never “taken over,” and never out of control.

You are guided into a calm state where your mind becomes open, relaxed, and receptive. You remain aware, present, and able to speak the entire time.

Who Is This For?

Deep-consciousness hypnotherapy and QHHT are suited for people who are ready to explore themselves at a deeper level.

This work is ideal for those who want to:

• Understand repeating emotional or relational patterns
and why certain challenges keep resurfacing.

• Explore past-life or cross-incarnation experiences
whether symbolic or vividly remembered, to understand deeper themes and lessons.

• Access forgotten or blocked childhood memories
including experiences that may relate to present-day emotional or physical symptoms.

• Release trauma — known or unknown
including trauma that was hidden, suppressed, or never understood, leading to major emotional relief.

• Find clarity around life direction, purpose, and meaning
especially if you feel stuck, disconnected, or at a crossroads.

• Seek intuitive insight into health questions
where the subconscious or “higher consciousness” may reveal root causes, emotional links, or next steps.

• Access deeper inner guidance
including symbolic guidance, higher-self communication, or wisdom beyond the analytical mind.

• Resolve psychosomatic patterns
where emotional trauma has created physical or energetic symptoms.

• Unlock inner gifts, abilities, or intuitive sensitivities
that have been dormant or unnoticed.

This method is not designed for light behavioural work such as:

✘ stop-smoking hypnosis
✘ weight-loss suggestion therapy
✘ simple habit-breaking

Those are traditional hypnosis techniques — this is not that.

Deep-consciousness hypnotherapy is for people who want:

• a profound inner experience
• real emotional understanding
• deep insight
• personal evolution
• meaningful change

It is for people who are serious about understanding their inner world — not just changing a surface-level behaviour.

How to Prepare for Your Session

A deep-consciousness hypnotherapy or QHHT session typically takes around five hours, so please set aside the entire day with no commitments afterward.

This work requires relaxation, spaciousness, and a calm nervous system.
Rushing, watching the clock, or needing to leave early can interrupt the process.

For the best experience, please:

• Clear your schedule for the rest of the day so you can relax fully, integrate afterward, and not feel pressured or distracted.

• Avoid caffeine, energy drinks, heavy sugar, alcohol, or recreational drugs
on the day of your session. These substances interfere with the depth of trance and your ability to fully surrender into the experience.

• Come rested and emotionally open
A good night’s sleep helps the subconscious express itself more clearly.

• Bring 5–10 questions or themes you want clarity on
These will guide the deeper part of the session.

• Wear comfortable clothing
You’ll be lying down for an extended period.

After you book, you will receive a full preparation email with everything you need to know, including:

• what to expect
• how the session unfolds
• how to prepare mentally and emotionally
• post-session guidance

The key to a powerful session is simple:
relax, let go, and allow the deeper intelligence within you to speak.
