Mindsight & PSI Training
(Adults)
Relaxed, curiosity-driven training in intuitive perception and expanded awareness — grounded, fun, and accessible to anyone.
What Is Mindsight?
Mindsight is the natural ability to perceive colours, shapes, information, and environments without using the physical eyes.
Adult Mindsight develops through relaxation, curiosity, emotional coherence, and steady practice — not pressure or expectation.
When adults approach Mindsight with playfulness and openness, the perceptual shift happens more easily. This training is not about “performing well,” but about rediscovering a natural ability that becomes clearer as the mind quiets and the nervous system becomes balanced.
Adult Mindsight is different from children’s training
What Is PSI Training?
PSI training is the development of intuitive and extrasensory abilities that extend beyond the five physical senses. These abilities include telepathy, clairvoyance, clairsentience, intuitive knowing, non-local perception, and emotional or energetic sensing.
PSI abilities do not require belief systems, philosophies, or external spiritual frameworks.
However — belief itself is essential.
Belief is the core ignition point that allows consciousness to open beyond the physical senses. When a person truly believes that perception is possible, the inner gateways begin to unlock. Without belief, the nervous system and consciousness simply will not allow the ability to activate.
PSI training therefore focuses on:
• strengthening personal belief through direct experience
• quieting the analytical mind
• regulating the nervous system
• building emotional coherence
• learning to trust inner perception
• exploring intuitive signals without pressure
PSI abilities develop naturally and organically.
There is no forcing, no performance, no rigid expectations — just gentle, playful exploration and the gradual strengthening of a natural human capacity.
Belief is the foundation of every PSI ability. It is the signal your consciousness receives that “this is possible,” which opens the perceptual system beyond the physical senses.
Without belief, the brain filters out subtle information before it ever reaches awareness.
With belief, the filters loosen, the nervous system relaxes, the inner senses awaken, and perception begins to extend beyond physical input.
Belief does not mean imagination or wishful thinking.
And it does not mean belief systems, religions, or external frameworks.
Belief is a direct inner permission slip — a deep internal yes — that allows consciousness to interface with information in non-physical ways.
Once this inner permission is given, PSI abilities develop more smoothly, including:
• telepathy
• clairvoyance
• clairsentience
• intuitive knowing
• non-local awareness
PSI development is not about convincing the mind of a doctrine. It is about aligning belief with experience, step by step, until the intuitive channels become natural and reliable.
Mindsight Unlocks Your Natural PSI Abilities
Once real-time Mindsight begins developing, other intuitive abilities naturally begin to activate.
Every person has their own strengths based on their inner wiring, life mission, and natural sensitivity. Some people lean toward:
• Telepathy (everyone develops this to some degree)
• Clairvoyance (visual inner perception)
• Clairsentience (feeling-based awareness)
• Claircognizance (direct knowing)
• Intuitive pattern recognition
• Non-local awareness
Mindsight is the doorway.
PSI development is the landscape you explore afterward.
This is a gentle, organic process — nothing is forced, and each ability emerges at its own pace.
How Adult Mindsight Training Works
Adult Mindsight training is relaxed, playful, and exploratory.
There are no tests, no rigid expectations, and no pressure to “perform.”
Mindsight unfolds most naturally when the environment is calm, fun, and free from self-judgment.
Training includes:
• Non-ocular colour and shape perception
• Spatial awareness and movement sensing
• Intuitive perception exercises
• Telepathic and inner-knowing games
• Relaxation and emotional coherence practices
• Blindfold/mindfold exploration in controlled environments
• Lighthearted challenges to spark curiosity
Adults progress best when they:
• approach sessions with playfulness
• let go of “trying”
• allow the perception to come to them
• stay curious rather than analytical
Some adults experience flashes early.
For others, the shift comes gradually.
The journey is enjoyable, surprising, and deeply empowering — never pressured.
For Children Ages 6–12 — ICU Academy (Through Accredited Teachers)
The children’s Mindsight pathway is taught through ICU Academy, founded by Nicola Farmer, and offered through accredited teachers.
ICU Academy is not an online programme — children must train with an accredited teacher in person.
As an accredited ICU Teacher, I offer the children’s pathway directly through our own ICU Academy page on this website.
Children’s training is focused on:
• Confidence
• Emotional safety
• Play
• Intuition
• Natural perceptual development
Parents wanting the children’s programme can visit our ICU page here:
Safety, Emotional Support & the Right Environment
Mindsight and PSI abilities develop best in an environment that feels safe, relaxed, and emotionally supportive.
A key part of this is brain-heart coherence — the state where your thoughts, emotions, breath, and nervous system fall into harmony.
When the brain and heart are coherent:
• stress drops
• the analytical mind softens
• intuition becomes clearer
• inner perception strengthens
• awareness expands naturally
This is why our adult training emphasises:
• nervous-system regulation
• gentle breathwork
• relaxed pacing
• emotional ease
• curiosity without pressure
• heart-based awareness
We do not force outcomes.
We do not “test” or compare adults.
Instead, we create the internal and external conditions where Mindsight can emerge — calmly, gently, and consistently.
• Emotional regulation
• No-pressure learning
• Play, fun, and curiosity
• Gentle perceptual shifts
• Calm nervous system states
This is not rigid training.
It is an enjoyable exploration of expanded awareness.
How Mindsight Usually Begins for Adults
For adults, the process almost always begins in darkness or haze.
You are not seeing visuals yet — you’re intuitively reading the field.
The earliest phase is subtle:
-
a sense of where objects are
-
a feeling of depth or space
-
directional pull or energetic gradients
-
instinctive knowing rather than seeing
This is the intuitive phase, where perception is felt before it is seen.
As training continues, early activations begin to appear:
-
small flashes
-
sparkles
-
swirls of light
-
faint silhouettes or contours
-
momentary impressions of colour or shape
These are not full Mindsight.
They are the nervous system warming up, the perceptual channel flickering into alignment.
With repetition, these flickers stabilize and something new happens:
A small area of light appears.
This is the first moment of a window opening — not physically, but perceptually.
It often looks like:
-
a faint glow
-
a soft hole in the darkness
-
a patch of brightness
-
a blurred circular or oval field
This is the actual beginning of Mindsight.
Over time, this small window sharpens:
-
the edges become clearer
-
the brightness increases
-
colour begins to appear
-
shapes begin to define themselves
With ongoing training, that first window:
-
grows
-
expands sideways
-
becomes more stable
-
is joined by additional windows
Eventually, these windows merge into one continuous visual field.
From there, adults progress into:
-
stable real-time Mindsight
-
spatial navigation
-
movement awareness
-
object recognition
-
colour clarity
-
full-field perception
And at advanced levels, many move toward true 360° perception, where the field is no longer anchored to the front of the face.
This entire development curve is the natural adult pathway — gradual, layered, and deeply rewarding.
Why Children Jump Ahead
Children follow a completely different pattern.
They rarely spend long in the intuitive phase because:
-
they live in right-hemisphere theta
-
their beliefs are fluid
-
their filters are minimal
-
they don’t analyse the process
-
they don’t fear being wrong
-
they don’t question whether it “should” work
So rather than progressing through haze → flickers → small window → expansion…
Children often jump straight to:
light windows opening, stable perception, and rapid clarity.
Some activate within minutes or hours, not days or weeks.
This isn’t because children are “better.”
It’s because they haven’t yet built the mental architecture that blocks the ability.
This is a general pattern, not a rule — but it explains why children consistently develop Mindsight faster than adults.
