Adult Mindsight & Perception Session (3x 1 Hour)

This 3x concessions are one-hour per session, designed for adults interested in exploring Mindsight, non-ocular perception, and consciousness-based perception in a calm, structured, and grounded environment.

Sessions focus on nervous system regulation, attentional stability, and safe exploratory techniques rather than performance or outcomes. The emphasis is on understanding how perception unfolds naturally, recognising early-stage perceptual signals, and learning how to approach training without force or expectation.

This session does not promise abilities or results. It provides guided exposure, education, and experiential insight to support responsible exploration and further learning.
