Child Mindsight & Perception Session (3x 1hr)

This  three days per week, one-hourly session is designed for children and is conducted in a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate way, with a strong emphasis on comfort, playfulness, and emotional regulation.

Sessions focus on helping children remain relaxed, present, and confident while exploring non-ocular perception and awareness-based skills. There is no pressure to perform, demonstrate, or “prove” anything. Each session follows the child’s natural pace and capacity.

A parent or guardian is required to be involved and informed throughout the process. The session prioritises wellbeing, consent, and the child’s emotional experience above all else.

This session is educational and exploratory in nature and does not guarantee specific outcomes.
